I'm Gayatri Anderson. My passion is consciousness, and the power human beings have to transform and uplift their lives, health, relationships, work and purpose through engaging with and transforming their consciousness. I work with a five-dimensional model of consciousness - including the physical body, energy body, mind, soul, and infinite - to effect deep healing and connect people with the true spark of who they are. It is incredible the types of apparently intransigent problems that can be resolved when we understand the consciousness and energy behind them. The added benefit is that on the way, we learn about ourselves and become more who we are born to be!

Ignite your Spirit - Healing Session
Ignite Your Spirit is a non-touch, chakra-based energy healing modality that can be applied to individuals, relationships and businesses. It brings together elements of Reiki, pranic healing, shamanism and psychology. Working with the chakra system, we explore the deeper psychological and energetic patterns underlying the challenges you face, including those that may sit outside your conscious awareness. We can then work with these blockages, transforming their energy back towards wholeness, empowerment and authenticity. This is a space where you can be heard, where the burdens and stresses you face can be held more lightly, and where you can begin to open back into the peace and brilliance of who you really are.

Just as an individual has an energy body, so too does a relationship. In this session, I work with you as an individual on the relationship you seek to uplift and transform. The session will move between what is going on in your own energy and psyche that is shaping your experience of, and behaviour within the relationship, and the energy body of the relationship itself – removing unhelpful energetic patterns and lifting into greater authenticity, clarity, and understanding.
